I wish this video was newer, but the detractors are still out there. Like vultures. You look beautiful! It looks great on you! Everyone should go ahead and use whatever color correction that they like, and not let these dopes try and tell others what works best for them! They're ignorant. People have so much freaking nerve! My dad used to tell me there's an idiot in every bunch. He's right. They try and tell me the same because I relax my hair--so I'm trying to be white?? It has nothing to do with that! It has to do with what each woman likes to do for herself to feel pretty; what you think is best for you! That's all you're doing too. And I'm going to try this idea with the yellow corrector. I'm creole, so I'm fair to olive/yellow complected. There are no videos (none that I've seen) with girls my skin color. Mainly, I've seen white women with olive tones who use yellow or ivory, and that's too light for me. And orange corrector is way too dark for me. Like you, my undertone is yellow, no red AT ALL. I've been tentative to use yellow, but seeing how great it blends for you, I'm going to try yellow, maybe mix it with some peach! I hope you kept doing what you were doing, and didn't let the haters get to you. I *know* it's hard not to tell them off. But don't dignify their stupidity by reacting to them. They are never going to change because they are not sophisticated enough to learn. And bottom line- Your proof is in your beauty! ❤

No it is about color theory and every skin can be different. The color areas you are correcting on your face have blue making the areas on your skin the shade you are covering. Opposite blue on the color wheel is yellow, so the yellow is cancelling out the blue or "neutralizing" for your "chemistry degree", that is why the yellow is working for you and not the orange. Orange, peach etc. does not work for everyone, color theory does!

I just finished my laser sections and I seriously cannot recommend it enough. They used the same technology you showed on me and it was not painful at all. Hence there is another type of technology where they apply a gel directly to the skin and that one IS painful. Now that I got ride of the root of the problem -the hair-, I'm now trying to find solutions for the ingrown scars and hyperpigmentation. So far I'm glad with the improvement.

Its been a few years now, i hope you started brushing from tip to root. Way easier on your hair and scalp.

You didn't secure these tall, shallow cabinets to the wall's studs? I can only hope there won't be any kids in your house-because the moment one of them tries to climb one of these, it'll topple and possibly kill them. This happens more often than you'd imagine, when people don't realize how important it is to do this kind of work safely. You also blocked your doors at the right? And you simply pushed the cabinets up against the baseboard, leaving space between them and the wall, rather than removing/cutting the baseboard so the cabinets were flush against the wall? Sorry, but this is amateurish, dangerous "reinventing the wheel". I hope you'll redo your video and add these important changes!

i finally bought me a titanium flat iron. It was a game changer and i dont know why i didnt sooner. I only do one pass on my hair and it gets it straight opposed to when I use to use a ceramic flat iron I had to do at least 3 passes

I mean technically most black women don't have the natural straight hair texture. Just like how majority non black women don't have black women hair texture. You are using products and heat tool to create a silk press. It's not natural texture of your hair. So they are correct in stating that. I am Indian and I have very curly hair. So I use heat tool to straighten it out. It's not the original texture of my hair.

I just purchased this brush from Walmart yesterday. I must have been living under a rock. This is a game changer & I’m a relaxer gal. It reminds of an ironing comb my mom used back in the day. I prefer using it on my hair dry & it’s straightens beautifully when I’m way pass due to get a relaxer and the I flat iron to give some curls. This is a must purchase for black ladies. Great video.
